OMG, OMG Satch is coming to Edmonton and Calgary!
Presale starts today for [size=large]Joe Satriani[/size]!
He's coming to Calgary on Fri, Oct. 3rd (EPCOR Center) and Edmonton on Sat, Oct. 4th (Edmonton Event Center).
I'm not sure about Calgary but in Edmonton it's general admission at $45/ticket. But there are also premium/meet n' greet upgrades available as well.
The opener(s) is: Mountain featuring Leslie West & Corky Laing. Anyone know WTH they are? I'm clueless.

Yeah I saw the presale for it- I am torn between seeing Satriani, Knofler or Santana as money is tight. Although 3 unreal guitar players in their own right would be worth seeing everyone of them....grrrr...

Satch isn't worth that much coin. He's good... but not that good.
Clapton, EVH, Maiden... all worth it. Satch. Nah.

when i watch the G3 with Satch, Vai and Malm, i always fast forward Satch. He's good, but his songs are boring IMO.
