Need GM programming help and A/C Help

Hi there! I'm looking for some help with my truck. I need a GM tech, or somebody with a Tech II Tool. I need to rearm the TheftLock on my radio. I also need to know if I need to enable the Air Conditioner on my BCM if I'm retrofitting a unit. If some one can help me do this, it would be great! I went to GM and they want 130 bucks to rearm the radio, and won't help with with the A/C at all. An alternative is if anyone knows where I can borrow or rent a Tech II that would be great.

Also, I was wondering if anyone knows where to rent a vacuum pump and manifold so that I can evacuate my A/C system.

hahah i know a ghetto way to evac the AC..... seen it done many times with a flat head screwdriver... make sure to wear a breathing mask that shit will fuck up your throat.

I was actually thinking more along the lines of removing the air and moisture, and checking for leaks so that I can can recharge it.
