See pages 10 and 11 of Canada Border Services Agency Memorandum D19-13-2 regarding importing and exporting firearms, weapons and devices.

Most likely siezed at the border. Worst case you could be charged with trying to smuggle a prohibided weapon. Also be prepared to go through secondary screening every time you travel if it's discovered.

The real question you should be asking yourself is how are you going "look hard" if it doesn't make it across the border? Frosting your tips might be a cheaper/less risky alternative?

I brought one back no problem from new york when i was 16. had it for two days and my dad found it and broke it and threw it out.

If you really want it, jsut put it in your big suitcase that gets checked. But no guarantees

    1. Attach screw hook in bottom
    2. Attach to key chain

    You'll be fine

You could very well be charged with possession of a prohibited weapon over and above the smuggling charges you are already about to receive.

Wrap the knife in a condom, tie the end off, cover it in KY and shove it deep into your ass.

You may also want to disable the button.

Wouldn't bother. When we went to Japan there were two kids that were travelling there and back on the same days as us.

Went Tokyo to Vancouver where you clear customs and we saw the one kid. Were eating, chatting, its getting closer and closer to boarding to go Van to Calgary. The other friend doesn't come.

The other friend had bought some FAKE throwing stars for a friend here, fake as in not sharpened. He packed them in his checked luggage and declared them at customs. They pulled him aside, questioned him and strip searched him to his boxers for 2.5 hours and he almost missed the plane. They also took the stars. He was a brown kid but young and normal looking, nothing threatening.

    Not worth the trouble.

Could you get it through the mail? Doubtful. What would you declare it as on the customs paperwork? And they are illegal anyhow...

The sword wasn't illegal FYI. You didn't need to worry about it...
