Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems

Does anyone have any experience with aftermarket TPMS's?

I live in an area where there's a lot of construction and in the last year alone I've had 5 or 6 flat tires due to various screws and nails puncturing my tires. I caught most of them, but unfortunately I didn't get them all and ended up needing to replace one tire last winter and almost needed to replace another this week.

I'm starting to think this might be a good investment considering my circumstances.
