Join the Mustang Club of America and order a truck on X-Plan pricing, will bring the price down to the comparable GM truck.

Will Ford even honor X plan right now? Seems most people at work are still getting laughed out of dealerships for trying to get fleet pricing honored by any manufacturer.

In the US in most states you can get xplan not sure in Canada, discounts are coming back slowly and getting bigger... depends on vehicle and manufacture..

Could you possibly describe the noise? haha

Had my passenger side turbo replaced as that what they thought the issue was but im still getting same noise, typically when cruising 80+kms/hr aroudn 1500-2000rpm..

for me its usually at lower RPM at parking lot speeds. Sounds like a grrrrr or an nnnnggghhhhrrr, or maybe wrrreeeannnnnngggggkk.

Yup, probably depends on the dealer but I had XPlan honored on my F250 ordered in 2021 for a May 2022 delivery. If you want reach out and I'll give you my sales guy and see if he can help you out.

Cam Clark has up to 13k off of f150s the deals are getting better and better

End of August is the normal time of year when serious deals start on the model year just ending. In-stock 2023 trucks will be cheap for the rest of the year as inventory draws down.

Anyone have thoughts on this:
I have been hearing a rattling / vibration under the truck at highway speeds. Seems to NOT be related to engine RPM. Might be wind-induced, doesn't happen every time. Occurs at 100 km/h and above, but like I said not every time. I thought that fabric splash shield thingy was the culprit, so I removed it, and it's still happening. Could the little clips that the splash shield screw into be the culprit? What else under there commonly rattles?

No indication of this sound at any slower speed under any throttle conditions. Pulling a trailer or not, no different. No issues with brake or steering that I can tell.

2020 F150 XLT 302A with FX4 package, 3.5L Ecoboost. Completely stock.

I had something similar, right by my left foot.

There is a little plastic piece behind the mudflap that was missing one of those plastic retrainer push pins.....

I’d check:
1. Side step bolts tight
2. Exhaust hangers/connection points
3. Tonneau/or other item in bed

Sounds like a wind related thing given it doesn’t happen all the time. I used to get a whistle but only in certain conditions. Ended up being the shortie antenna I put on.

I use to get an annoying random whistling on the highway too. Found it was the fucking jack hold-down bolt hole. Didn’t reinstall the jack earlier in the year and the hole goes all the way through the floor. Sounded like a fleeting blow across a beer bottle sound and drove me nuts.

Well, I went out for a rip tonight and no whistling. Heading to Crowsnest this weekend so we'll have lots of time to think about it if it DOES whistle.
