Calgary 311 App
So, the city of calgary put out a 311 App for people to make completely anonymous complaints, and they can include pictures. That's not going to be abused at all....

I submitted a legitimate concern a couple of days ago and it was apparently investigated and closed... I will have to go see if they actually took care of the issue.

Hahaha.. no. I wasn't planning on that. I was just reading through some of the complaints that were submitted already. Like "There are people talking on the c-train too loudly."... or the person that took the time walk out and take a picture of a single piece of garbage on their berm, then left it there and submitted it for someone to clean up.

The app is only as good as the solution to the problems itself, i have a feeling there will be a ton of avoidance and unresolved issues popping up multiple times.
