An early reminder to get my new winter tires from Bob in a couple of months. Also, I would like to turn this video into a screensaver.

A total of 64 cars were aboard cargo ship Astongate traveling from Toyama, Japan, to Vladivostok, Russia. After the storm hit the ship -- 52 of them ended up at the bottom of the sea. ****Whoever bought those cars signed a document allowing the cargo to be transported on ship's deck at their own risk.****
Shitty deal. When I went to Kyrgyzstan last year, almost every car there was a Japanese import. They have no own dealerships or service network, so they import them from Japan like crazy. Jamaica imports a ton of Japanese cars as well. In addition to all of this, owning a vehicle in Japan that is older than 5 years old gets expensive fast, as the mandatory inspections get more expensive the older the vehicle gets, so most people dump their cars and get new ones.Originally posted by Dalking
