That makes no sense... "redlining" in 7 gear? The entire reason you would have a 7th gear is so you are not red lining in 6th gear. Also was there even a 7 gear transmission back when Beyond started up.
As a car person I reject this tally method for posts counts
Should be a 5 speed
redlining 7th would be at maximum speed

That's been changed. From 6000, it goes up in 1000 increments.
Mitsu3000gt is the closest member to the next gear that doesn't have a custom user title. max_boost, Redlyne_mr2, and myself, if we didn't have custom titles, have already passed the top gear.
