You can't read? Even tHaCo is picking up a bit of reading. It can almost comprehend the words describing the difference between watching an entire game and watching <25% of a game. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
If it can get that far, you should easily be able to master literacy.
At a conference last week and so many phones left with volume on. How is it 2024 and people still don't know to turn things to vibrate in that situation?
One guy even answered the call and thought he'd be sneaky and whisper the entire conversation out. What a dick.

It left clicks now but if it quits again I'm going to throw some more lefts and rights at it. How can HP be such a big name and be so bad at everything they do.

Pet Peeve: Laptops that don't have a trackpoint. I lived with a Lenovo X61T that was trackpoint-only through University. It was glamourous that nobody wanted to borrow my laptop since they only knew how to trackpad. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Who lends other people their laptops? Gross. I won't even let my wife use my laptop. (that being said, I hate the TrackPoint(tm), but overall I love Lenovo laptops anyway.)
Loud typers in office. Usually fatties. Hope they get carpal tunnel so they can't eat as a result
Clitmouse gang. I'm way faster with a trackpoint than a touchpad.
Vehicles with noisy lock sequences. No one needs a horn or excessively loud beeps. We drove the fuckin car here before parking and we got eyes. Just make the lights blink. We don't need to be all diversity and inclusive for blind drivers.
Cocks.

Sometimes my remote will beep and my truck will flash its lights, as if to say "yes, we totally did that thing you asked us to do, here are the sounds and sights to confirm it." And then you go check anyway and find out the doors didn't lock. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I'll go against the grain here and say I like a little beep-beep. Back in University I had an 00 Subaru Legacy (loved that little bastard) and it didn't make any alerts when locking, so I had to listen for the locks to actually engage which wasn't that loud, especially if there was background noise or other people around. Downside was the remote was kinda fucky and didn't always lock on the 1st press of the button. So if I didn't hear the locks,I had to try the door handle like a neanderthal. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
