This is the shit pieceingest chunk of fuck stud finder I've ever used. I could build a better one out of a fist full of pubes and a magnet that a human female would have more success finding studs with than this tool.

Yep, just as I suspected. Zero studs and the entire cavity behind the drywall is composed of LiVe electrical WiReS and the drywall is mounted to... Those live wires?
The entire fucking wall is electricity. All of it. Everywhere.

I vaguely recall this thing marginally functioning in a shed at some point in history, but now this thing can't find a stud that you already know is there, while falsely locating phantom studs that aren't there, all while constantly squealing that there is electricity somewhere within 1 square-km of where you might drill.

I'll give that a try for LoL, but I took a peak at it and I know it's not old because I recognize the 9V brand and recall buying those batteries not that long ago.
I think it is just too hypersensitive to electrical field detection so if it picks that up, it goes to shit on its primary function.

fucking Westjets baggage "tracking" system

Just about every other airline in existence now has baggage tracking on their app that you can see every scan of your bag, but even westjets agents have no idea what happens to your shit

Also, losing a bag on a direct flight when I checked in with plenty of time, have 3x special equipment items that go oversized and have priority tags

Then not having an agent at their desk when the flight lands

Then when I go back to see if the bag arrived on the later flight, still no agent (even though the flight only landed 30 mins previous) and I can see my bag in the locked office. Guy wouldn't answer his radio, one of the baggage handlers even knew the guy personally and tried his cell...didn't pick up either.

When I eventually do get my bag, Platinum support line are getting an earful

People who omit the words "to be" from everyday sentences. No, your engine does not "need fixed", it needs TO BE fixed. The same way your tires don't "need replaced". They need TO BE replaced! Maybe I just notice it more lately, but seems to be gaining popularity, especially on vehicle forums, etc.

People still fly WestJet?

They're fine until something goes wrong...

It's the only airline I have a decent status with that gives the routes I want at reasonable hours

I finally got the bag, went down to the airport when a westjet flight landed and spoke to the agent.

He said it came in on the correct flight and was just going round and round on the carousel so he took it off

So apparently in that entire hour I was there watching between the carousel, the office and the oversized baggage (including managing to get my other 2 pieces) he was able to walk a hockey bag past me and into his little den, then lock it and not return to it at all in that time or answer his phone/radio?

Blame it on the baggage handling people if you want, say it got left on the ramp or something, but don't so fucking obviously lie to me
