Have a pair of Naked & Famous jeans that are about to blowout at the crotch and need a couple soon to be holes repaired as well.
Anywhere local? Or even any recommendations to mail them in Canada to get repaired.

BUMP.
My jeans aren't as expensive, but they always tear at the crotch.
Is it easily fixable?
GO FLAMES GO!
Yes its an easy fix with the proper sewing machine... I just don't have a sewing machine nor do I want some schmuck tailor to mess them up.

I couldn't find anywhere in Canada to get mine hemmed so I sent them to Railcar Fine Goods in California. This was when our dollar wasn't so shitty though.
Crotch Blowout Darning Service
In regard to chain stich hemming I just found these guys online. Located in Inglewood.

Checking to see if they do denim repair as well.
Holy shit wish I knew about that place back then. Looks like I'll check them out. Thanks.
Bump!
Nothing local (or in Canada) before I have to ship these dirty jeans to the states?
Does that North American place only offers the chain stitch hemming service?
Any luck on the find?
As well I don't mean to thread jack
But does anyone know a good/reputable alteration place that can change a pair of pants into a straight cut design?
I assume no luck?Originally posted by 88CRX

They chain stitched my new Made in Japan 2 Naked and Famous jeans and they did a great job. He did them in 3 hours while i went for lunch and other errands. Well worth the extra $10 over what stitch-it charges (who is terribly slow and doesn't always do a good job btw).Originally posted by J.M.

Also talked with them about repair work and no they don't offer that yet. Said he needs some different sewing machines first. So still no luck for anyone local.
Maybe try the tailor/seamstress place in Beddington Towne Centre, Perfect Stitches I believe 403-730-5070.. We've used them multiple times over the years and it's always been great work for very reasonable pricing.

Highly recommended. Great repair job, and tough to tell they were repaired.
