Man that went exactly the same as my conversation regarding this car after the auto show. Since I am paying north of $900/month on the ST (to get the 0% interest and have it paid off quickly) I tried to convince her the monthly payments would be essentially the same but no dice.

I am lucky right now, there are no car payments, but my wife is off on maternity leave and isn't fond of the idea of taking on a payment.

Hopefully they produce the car for a couple of years and I can pick one up then. Gives me time to sell off some of my cars, and being that I work in oil and gas - time for the economy to recover a bit.
