Wow, that looks pretty fantastic, I like it!

It is hard to own nice things in this world, I noticed somebody already keyed my car this week.
Seriously? Where? What part of town?

That sucks. My R8 was keyed for no reason a while back.

    Such a shitty feeling.

First week of owning my huracan somebody bent my wiper in half parked downtown Calgary while I ate at Gyu Kaku and left a not “you can afford it, rich asshole.”

The world is completely fucked, I won’t take some of my cars out unless I can see them from where I’m eating or if there’s valet watching..

BC people are the worst when you have AB plates.

Had someone smear gum across the side of my car once in the okanagan.

I think while I was out for a hike in Coquitlam. I don't drive that often, and my parkade is pretty secure. It was pissing rain that day, so I got a spot right next to the trail head.

I only noticed it yesterday in the sun, it is like a 12" long upsidedown "U" right under the drivers door window.

I guess the bright side is that if I didn't see it in the rain, it is probably just the clear coat. I'll get it fixed in July, I have a busy month ahead with lots of driving, and if I get keyed again at least I can get it all fixed in one shot, lol.

This kind of thing is pretty frequent in Vancouver. Not too far from where I live this was making the news in April. I'm always half expecting my car to be fucked with whenever I go out.

The nicer stuff you have, the more prone it is to this sort of nonsense. People are fucked.

^So clean. Would love to add something like that in the collection. I see them around just not knowledgeable enough to know what is a 'good' one that isn't going to have issues down the line.

Just find one without a spec of rust and it'll be good. Mechanically they are caveman technology and won't have any issues that Shenis or Motorwerkes couldn't handle

Yeah they’re cheap as hell to run and bulletproof.

I’ve had mine for 7 years now. Not a single issue. Maybe has cost me about $1000 over the 7 years of ownership apart from some cosmetic stuff and coil overs. I beat the hell out of it and it just takes it gladly, though tires add up ha ha.

Such a fun car to drive too. Can go full racecar driver and it’s hard to get in trouble because a) it’s pretty slow (albeit it doesn’t feel like it) and it doesn’t draw a lot of attention. Handles like a dream though. Can take most corners faster in my e30 than some of my other cars confidently

Hate this when I use my Alberta plate here in the Okanagan. 100% different treatment from BC drivers, I get cut off, tailgated, honked at, and general asshatery. During covid it was way worse lol. Red plate rage is indeed a thing here, though occasionally it’s deserved.

Why's that? When I often see BC plates hogging the fast lane on our highways. Those are the true idiots imo regardless of wherever the fuck you're from.

Didn’t really need it but picked up another car…a bit of a project but shouldn’t take too much to get it all dialed in.
