Carbonation is the wrong word. you can get a gas-assisted tap like bars use (or keg-erator home type) and that's best. There's also those hand-pumped "bronco-pumps" style that work fine for a 1-day party but aren't good for long-term use since they introduce air and the beer will spoil eventually.

Kegerators are awesome anyway. you probably want one.
