There’s definitely some weeks like vacation where I’ve done 4+ a day easily. I can see how it can become part of regular programming. 1 when you get home from work, 2 at dinner, 1 in the evening or whatever. It’s a fair bit but never really thought much of it when he was drinking.

He was having some abdominal pain and got some imaging and bloodwork done that indicated the damage. Just kind of shook me up!

I feel like you shouldn't need physical pain to tell you that 4-5 beers a day is a fucking horrible practise

I mean for a week or two once a year on vacay is one thing, but for 2 years straight, jesus christ. It makes me nauseous just thinking about it.

I really don’t drink that much lol, and I workout 4 days a week and eat super healthy.

I feel for sales people who have to take out clients weekly, I imagine their livers aren’t wonderful.

He was just having some constant dull pain in the lower right/central area from what I gathered. Thought he had a hernia and got it checked out.

I was just surprised because he’s in better shape than most people his age

I took a 21andme test and apparently I'm genetically predisposed for that. I suppose I better get my life sorted, right after this scotch tasting LOL
