    The architect that designed the blue one and my house also designed and lived in the one for sale. They are really well thought out, but niche for sure, definitely need an agent who knows the right buyer. I also found the listing on Facebook marketplace, so there is that….

    I think that blue one was for sale in the last decade as I seem to recall driving by, seeing the for sale sign but didn't get a chance to go in and have a look.

    It sold for $750k in appx 2018, mine was $615k in Nov 2020, 2008 went for $800k in 2021 I believe and 2016 (on the market now) was $750 in 2021 as well.

    Sweet. I look forward to the pie lot rental on my street with the 20' frontage turning into a fourplex with only two on-site parking spots. It'll be awesome having random people parking in front of my house 24/7.

    I guess I should stop being poor and put a drive-way in to combat that.

    The herald mentions amendments.
    Council spent much of Tuesday discussing roughly 40 amendments regarding a proposal to revise citywide zoning regulations. Amendments began to be introduced Monday evening, after council had completed a 12-day public hearing that saw a city record of 736 Calgarians speak either in favour or against blanket rezoning.

    On further reading, most amendments were not passed, and those that were are not meaningful.

    You mean the federal government. The entire 228 million the federal government was giving via the housing accelerator fund was contingent on this zoning passing. There was never a doubt R-CG would go through.
