Uh huh. Ever heard of the Oslo accords? A peace treaty between whom again? I'm listening? Since when does a peace treaty make nations allies? Egypt has waged full scale wars of invasion vs Israel twice in just my lifetime, and several times prior to that. If you somehow think that Egypt's intel agencies had information that the Israeli intel services didn't, or that was simply ignored...good one. And even let's just say that Israel had gotten hot intel from Egypt about an upcoming attack - what exactly would Israel do to prevent it that you would approve of? Because that's what it would have taken to stop such an attack, infantry troops from Israel entering Gaza in force.
