My neighbour is a typical dog owner. Leaves tonnes of trash and garbage in his yard and doesnt collect the droppings. Has 3 dogs of course. Two of them were drinking or eating something out of a bucket that has been sitting on his deck for 2 years. One then barfed all over the deck. Other one ate it.
