I don't know if anybody likes it. Just playin' around a little bit.
All you need is photoshop filters
Put a prize on it and you'll get lots of people, especially if its an auto-related prize...
Also maybe tell us more about the business to inspire us!
If I was at home I would chop up something...

MenteL, what the hell are you doing, man? $25.00? Are you crazy... unless somehow you are selling them only as 'usage' rights but still retaining all ownership to the logo, your an ass. Not only are you selling yourself for far too cheap, but your bringing down the prices in the industry. Remember, your not just selling your drawing, your selling away all rights you ever had to it. Once you sold it, you don't own it... it's all theirs.

any kid with a pirated version of photoshop could do them free. there not much more "bringin down" of the market left to do.
It's what I do to get myself started, get my name out, build a reputation, get business going. Don't fucking come here insulting me for trying to make business okay? Why don't you take your misuse of criticism and apply it somewhere that it belongs, not here. And no, the logo's are full rights. SO what, I don't own the rights, if the person has a big company I charge more for my work, but I'm mainly out here to provide a nice cheap high quality service to those out there who are starting out like myself and cannot afford a 500 dollar + corporate identity. And another thing, it's not stealing business from anybody, and if you honestly think I am, I do not care. I'm not here to help other designers and people in my field of work, I'm here to help me and the customer.Originally posted by Canadian_2K

Okay, I understand that... but you ARE cheapening the business. By selling for so low, you seemingly are only thinking like a teenager. Wooo, 25 bucks, right? It may not take much time to make, but you have to consider; the cost of the equipment used, the cost of the programs, the time spent training for the software, the fact that you are selling the rights completely. Not to mention, any self respecting business would have done something like this all legal-like. Which means taxes on the income you earn. Sure, getting your name out is fine... but it's always best done by doing work for family or friends. To sell to every Joe and Jane out there DOES bring the market down, and you may not agree, but it is a pain in the ass for people who have quality work not to be payed what it's worth. Your stuff ain't bad, you should be selling for a lot more.Originally posted by MenteL

im sorry guys i was visiting another forum and someone made cracks at my work and i totally read your guy's posts the entirely wrong way. i apologize for freaking out like that. i understand you all think im cheapening the business, but you gotta understand everyone starts out small. i've got a reputation to build and a portfolio to construct. if i have to work cheap or for free for a year, then im going to do it until i feel solidly grounded and confident enough to start charging big dollars for my work. you know, im still working out of my basement suite delivering pizzas, how would one justify me charging them 2 grand for a logo when i dont even have an actual business?....im sure you guys understand what im getting at here, it takes alot to get going in any business, and im trying to give it my all. and yes there are many other talented designers out there who do charge 500% more money than i do, but they have the reputation, the business background and the confidence in their products to do so. anyways my buddy wants his pc back and i have no internet at home because shaw wont hook it up, so im a bit grumpy lol...ill check back in a couple days to see if there are any replies to this post. have a good night everybody, i once again apologize for the outburst, it wasnt needed...
dont mind me, just trying to save face.

If your getting a logo done it should NOT be done in Photoshop. Any good designer will know that a logo must be created as a vector file by using a program such as Illustrator.
