i think if you take it to your dealer where you got it from they should be able to do it
sometimes repairs on cell phones aren't even worth the repair...
dealerships most likely don't have a repair centre so call before you go
most dealerships if they are large enough have a service centre in one of their locations...
make sure you ask for a service centre
but the going rate for repair work is at least 60/hour.. our store is 72/hour plus parts... so I'd give it a second thought before repairing it
err isnt that a tdma phone?
no
it's cdma
no the Nokia 8860 is actually a TDMA phone.Originally posted by CuteAsianAngel

the rogers store just north of chinook has a repair center, try taking it there to get a quote
Take it here....they can give you an estimate of how much it would cost to fix for a fairly cheap price (think it's around $15-20 for the estimate).
PCS Phone Repair
6039 Centre Street SW
252-5072
Don't be fooled by the PCS name...they do all kinds of repairs on all kinds of phones.
My Samsung A520 packed it in, The flash memory has most likely gone bad. PRL is missing along with the phone book.
No clue on where to get that hunk of garbage fixed.
