I went to the 32Ave NE location and they had nothing. Looking for Silvias, EG Civics, basically JDM stuff. It's my bros b-day and he like these kinda stuff. I hope he doesn't see this thread
I remember a friend of mine told me there was a specialty shop in Calgary for this type of thing

    Wal-mart

The only place I have seen with decent quality models is ZR Auto, that one shop in West Edmonton Mall and online websites.

PM Hobby on 32nd got the biggest selection in town. They have some JDM stuff but you'll probably do better on line. If you can find the same model in Walmart, get it there because PM do have a higher margins on their products (understandable because of the way the distributor forces products on them).

Tower hobbies would be the site to search for on-line hobby stuff.

As for quality goes the best brands are Autoart and Kyosho, their attention to detail is unmatched. If you want to buy a Ferrari, unless you can find old stock, it's strictly Hot Wheels now since they bought the license. Maisto and others are preety much "toy" cars, look great as long as you don't pick it up and start going thru the details.

THanks a lot guys. Will try Walmart, Mopac and PM Hobby. Got a phone# or address on PM Hobby? I looked in the phone book and couldn't find it.
