Yeah, I saw that on the way home, thing is the Jeep actually took off and left the other bald dude (the driver of the car) stranded, talking on his phone.

Oh god, i remember a very similar situation so well. The car we hit was the same style cherokee, but we were in a Dodge Neon. Same thing happened with the Cherokee with it's ass on the Neon's hood, and the neon was fucked up like the ride in the back.
