I know i get alot of calls from clients asking me what their neighbours house sold for or a house they are possibly intrested in.

If any of you ever wanna know a sold price of any home or a price of a house thats currently for sale..please just PM me the address or post the address in this thread and I will get back to you with the sold price and the days on market.

and

405 15 ST NW is Pending sale now at 459,900. I wont get the sale price untill it firms up...Ill keep you posted. Days on market: 43

It was listing July 11th for 925k...since then he has just chased the market with price drops. If we would have priced at 799,900 to start it would have been sold.

Thanks Jordan, but I believe it was relisted more recently, about 2 weeks ago, at a lower price, and is now gone.

I think the problem might be that I gave you the old MLS listing number.

I believe the newer MLS number was C3363682 (and it was listed at 449k)

My apologies, for some reason I thought a home's history in the MLS database would be somehow tied to it's actual address, so that even if I gave an older MLS number it would show the home as being sold ? I take it that's not the case?

its all linked to the address...unless the Realtor was a shizter and put a different LINC number....ill look inot it for you.
