- Education (schooling) requirements, personality required (I've been told I'm good @ chit-chats), job committment (like just a 8-5 punch-in punch-out, or devote your entire free time to get things going)

In all honesty, to seriously compete with existing companies you would need substantial financial backing. Even then it would be hard to make a name for yourself and it would be a risky endeavour. In my opinion, to be successful in that industry you have to be well known, to attract alot of people in order to make the best matches.
