I've moved to Chestermere... anyone know of any decent ODR w/ Boards where its actually maintained? (you know, the NE :P)
Also, does anyone recommend where I can still find 'softy' elbow pads? I just don't know why there isn't a beer leaguer elbow pad out in the market anymore.

Also I've been looking for some classic 4 roll type gloves for a few years now. I've had a few pair of gloves over the last decade that included a few modern rebranded prostock CCM 852 (but rebranded as tacks r4s), Easton 4roll pro, Bauer 1Ns
The unicorn I've been looking for was a replacement for my TPS R8 gloves, which became my favorite in the early 2010s which as I understand the designer went to Winwell, and then Sherwood through the years but since disappeared.
Rick Nash's Winwell pro-stocks

There was something about the 'fit' and features which I loved which included the same gussets with the clarino palms, with a single material over the index/pinky, and at the time an early adopter of ballistic nylon weave. They are also very protected 4 roll classic style gave me a great non-taper fit, wide cuff and flexible thumb.
I ran into an old friend who became a trainer for a KIJHL team who said, hey - you know what, the league buys Fischer gloves which look identical to those TPS/Winwell gloves in the picture: https://fischerhockey.net/product-ca...player-gloves/ - Fischer CT850
So I took the plunge and ordered a set, and yep... pretty much the same glove w/o the flex thumb (removable plastic), but the exact same otherwise.
Just to note, my other fav glove was probably the easton pro stock, and prior to that was the old Iggy Z-Air from years back, but they're basically extinct now.
