After they got shit on in 2012 for a shitty FMC, they upgraded the interior in 2014 as MMC and released another FMC in 2016. This is the 1st time in decades Civic didn't wait 5 years between FMCs.

Looks like they lowered the front bumper / headlights in the production model - most likely because of pedestrian safety reasons
