That is definitely still the NE. I'm pretty sure it extends to 14th.

No NE extends to Shagganappi now, at least for north of Nosehill Park.

He's been charged with first degree murder.

I don't excuse his actions yesterday, but man I feel for him, I can't imagine what caused him to do what he did . the sad part is, his kids are going to suffer the most.

Shouldn't be too bad, he'll probably get a heavily downgraded charge, 5 years, out in 3 on good behavior - something to that effect that gives the family of the deceased little to no sense of justice.

Maybe his wife cheated on him? Maybe he molested his kids. ..you don't know the whole story, sounds like a crime of passion. ..not a typical stabbing "frenzy" as you put it.

I know a good deal of what lead up to this, that is the part that makes me feel for this guy. No where did I state I condone what he did yesterday.
He made a very poor decision that has impacted a lot of people here.

The news is now officially reporting that he believed the doctor was having an affair with his wife. ...told you so.

It's all about the honor and face. Sad story...it happens a lot more than people think especially around those ballroom dancing clubs in Chinatown.

Just saying....people are so quick to judge and where do you draw the line? What if the doctor was molesting his kids? I'd sure as hell kill him.

My mom was shopping at the mall when it went down so she heard the witnesses describe what happened. Guess buddy went in there to confront the doctor, doctor was super cocky about banging his wife and how she wants him more, so the dude flipped and killed the doctor. The other woman that was injured was the doctors assistant and had a few minor cuts from trying to stop the attack.

Could be worth it if punishment is like this:

Someday we may need to activate the halo structure off Deerfoot and destroy the North East.

Apparently he brought a knife with him. May get reduced with a plea, but easy to see why that was the initial charge.

I'd be surprised if the 1st degree charge sticks if it turns out the doctor was antagonizing him.
I would love to hear why you think this...
