Well, the wind picked up and the griddle wasn’t as hot as I’d liked… but we got there

But some smart ass was like “how about some lobster tails?” And I said sure! Sounds great…. Then they showed up with these fucking things. So full, no one cleared a plate.

Also did a mixed mushroom risotto with some nice morels, which just sort of got lost under there… stupid lobster

Tri tip on the keg. Jealous devil charcoal temp got away from me a bit. Turned out pretty good though.
