    Police shut off Stephen Ave and helicopter hovering over east tower of Banker's. Nothing on City Beat yet.

    Window washers stuck on the 49th floor of Bankers. I don't believe anyone fell off or was injured.

    I was stopped at some lights here in edm today and cops had some house surrounded, all sneakily.. I watched for a bit, looked like some shit was about to go down with the amount of cops lurking around with their guns out.
