Looking for driver of fifth generation silver convertible mustang boosted?!?!

I was driving on 37th to Anderson where i pulled up beside a Silver Mustang as the title states. There was a Go-Pro mounted on the back and was intrested in taking video but I was on my way to work and had to pass up the opportunity

Just wondering if anyone knew this guy, as I am intrested in taking some video and photos and what not!
