no, a fuel cell and a battery box. There probably wasn't enough room for the diff in the back with the stock gas tank. And look under the hood, not very much room for a battery there either.

some guys in california put a supercharged 4.6 DOCH the 03' cobra engine in a focus and modded it to a good 450 horse now that would be a focus, I didn't check the links but what does this one put out?

they guy actually produced a kit that bolts in with a few mods. It uses either the 5.0 or the 4.6, with a ford 9" rear and lots of other goodies.

They build those hemi swaps for pretty much anything these days, as well as the viper V10 swaps.

That focus is sweet, i saw it on some show a while back, it has a very mean exhaust tone to it. My only question is why not fuel injected?

True, but from my understanding you can buy precalibrated FI kits for the 5.0. Send them the specs on your motor and they send you the control modual, pre tuned. Not a big deal really, it's just weird to see a carb under the hood of a new car, especially an econo box like the focus.

They are all in different sizes. Fiesta, Ka and Focus all exist alongside each other. Ka is the smallest (supermini), Fiesta is a little bit bigger, and Focus is a lot bigger.
