Only 2 real quick ones.
1) Where are the laws/regulations so that I can read up on them. Assume they are on the net somewhere.
2) Does the 15 year law apply if they are a car that already exsists over here. ie a Ford Focus that is LHD located in Europe. Would that get around the 15 year rle as you can buy it here?? I know it has something to do with crash testing.
