Yeah she would prefer manual but I think she is open to anything in good condition. Would you be able to post pics by any chance? She is more concerned with the appearance than anything, typical.

My sister is selling a red 92 cabrio with white leather interior and less than 70,000 original km. It might be red. But it MINTY. It is also in Winnipeg but my brother in law is willing to deliver it.

BTW - My brother in law is the president of the VW club in Manitoba (Uberwagen) and it VERY picky before he buys anything.


The car is a 1993, collector's edition with about 50,000mi, which works out to about 83,000km. It has a burgundy exterior, black top and beige leather interior with heated seats. It also has air conditioning, cruise control, power window, power steering and driver air bag. It Recently passed a Manitoba safety inspection, and runs excellent. New parts include: clutch, clutch cable, front brake rotors, front pads, rear brake cylinders, rear drums, rear shoes, rear wheel bearings, front struts, front upper strut bearings, and muffler. Less than 100km have been driven since these repairs were performed. It is a US rust free car, and is also the last year this model was offered. The collectors edition was offered by Volkswagen of America in 1993 only and was the most optioned luxurious Cabriolet VW ever produced. It was only available in Black, Classic Green, and Bordeaux red, and was never available in Canada.
