ya that link proved nothing. I would also like to know when these gas prices are going to drop or if they'll stay like this for maybe years?!! can people make a good estimate or can nobody really tell?

That link proved that there are many other threads going on about gas already.

Many of which have been closed by mods b/c of the many circulating threads.
Eg:
http://forums.beyond.ca/showthread.php?s=&threadid=100131&highlight=gas
http://forums.beyond.ca/showthread.php?s=&threadid=100113&highlight=gas

And the main thread:
