Single lady lived downstairs and she bought her own condo in NW so would like to put this up for rent again

Walkout Basement
Entrance from the front too
Parking Pad in the back
Fridge/Stove already installed
2 Bedrooms
1 Kitchen
1 Living Room (attached to the kitchen.. that is where the walkout door opens into)
Lanudry facilities available
Near Bus Stop (428)

If you want to come take a look at it feel free to pm me here or call me at 6804768 (zain) to set up a time

Non-smoking basement as of right now.. but something could be sorted out
Rent would be between 550-650 depending on how many people would be renting the basement.(prefer students)
Thanks !

Nice neighborhood, I lived around there about 5 years ago.

MartinDale Drive, near the big church.

Schools nearby, big fields....nice place.

i had a day off today
cant find a digi camera right now
havent used that since i got back this summer from vacation about 2 months ago
so sorry about that i apologize
as far as repairs go.. none needed so far

anywayz

yes thanks for the orientation of the area
its next to a big field as well .. the one right infront of saddleridge..(baseball diamond, soccer, kids swings n other stuff)
there is a school nearby as well known as Crosing Park school i think which is connected to a Ice Hockey Rink and Basketball courts along with another soccer field and couple of baseball diamonds
New Locality
C-Train is SUPPOSED to be here in 2008 or something i beleive (dont quote me on that) as far right now as i mentioned before 10-15 min drive to whitehorn depending on traffic (CONSTRUCTION for C-TRAIN)
anymore questions?

They actually got that school done...hmm....I was living there when under construction...the Ice hockey rink was great in the winter though. I was talking about James fowler and that other elementary school 3 blocks west of the church...

Bump for a great neighborhood....brings back good memories of my Junior highschool days.
