Wow, looks great. I don't think i'll be replacing my Mini with this one though. Mine does the same thing that this one does and its small enough.

Pretty sweet, but 4gb just isn't enough for me. Call me when they have a 30GB+ version of that.
I think I'll just hang on to my new Creative for a few years.
Screw you, Apple.

That's awesome...wouldnt mind having one...I LOVE my current ipod but since that ones flash based I wouldnt have to worry about where to use it since its a lot harder to break.

Meh, Apple could really use the word "innovation" right about now. They've used (basically) the same design for how long now? 4 gens of iPod + mini (basically the same design) + now nano. They really haven't had much drastic change since the iPod shuffle.
The Flash card design is pretty good, but the capacity just isn't enough for my taste. I just bought a 20GB 4th gen only around January, so I don't think I'll be ready to buy another MP3 player just yet. Maybe when Apple releases an HDD player with capacity, video playback, and longevity in battery life will I then consider. Apple products (besides the iBook) have terrible battery life. I'm in the works of trying to get an iRiver, I'm starting to get a hunger for their MP3s after I saw a couple of friends with the H10s (those look sweet :)).

Huh? Why change what works?
The hold a 75% market share and have sold 22 million ipods since this time last year, 6 million in the last 3 months! Why would they want to mess with that.
Stick with what works. Steve Jobs is a smart guy.
