They're ram for laptops yes. Will work in most P3 era laptops.

I just looked up the compatibility list and its good with:
PC100 SDRAM 144-pin non-parity SoDIMM.

Not sure what non-parity means.

It will fit, I have an A22m as well and it uses pc100 sodimm. If in doubt, I'm sure the seller can test it in your laptop prior to purchasing.
