i dont know where to post this but a friends said his brother just bought a 180sx or somthing from japan off a website. he showed me a pic and it looked like a 240 are they the same car just different name or what?

same body, diff motor.

240sx = na 2.4L
180sx = turbo 1.8L

Not all 180sx have the turbo, some are na 1.8L.

In Japan, all 180SX were turbo. Silvia's were either NA or turbo.

Hello sir. Nissan 180sx and 240sx is same body. Only engine is different. 180SX is around 1800cc (after 91 model has 2000cc)
240sx is 2400cc. 180sx type 1 is NA (140hp) type 2 is turbo (175hp)

180SX Type I's are turbo as well.
