I'm selling my 40GB iPod photo (color screen)...
Got this a little over a year ago.

It will come with the box, manuals, dock, USB cable, factory case...

It is missing the headphones, power adapter, and firewire cable. I gave the headphones to my cousin since I never used them, and got rid of the adapter and firewire cable cause I used the dock to charge the iPod...

I've never used it for anything other than tunes for my car, so it is in fairly good shape... the back has some scratches and the front has some very minor scuffs from usage (mostly from being in and out of the case) but otherwise that is all. Battery life is excellent and has not diminished since I've gotten it (I've usually done full discharge cycles)...

Futureshop sells the 20GB ones for $379, 30GB for $429, 60GB for $519 right now, but they only come with headphones and the dock...

not parting out because a sale is already pending on the package...
