i bought an apartment, it'll be ready in 2.5yr, so i wanna put some cash on RRSP to save tax n for downpayment, then buy a cheaper car to buy just 3rd party insurence to cut down expense to save some money for future funitures an everything else i need for my new place.

and the non running one is stock with front end damage
its manual so u can do a manual swap
