Outlook express decided it wanted to stop working at my girlfriends house. When they try and load it a error pops-up saying "msoe.DLL cannot be loaded". So thinking the DLL is corrupted i went and got it off the net and replaced the "corrupted" one. I tried it again and i got the same message.
I uninstalled it because i was told by her mother they had a disk to reinstall it. They dont!
If any one knows how to fix it or knows where i can download outlook espress for free (bit torrent??) it would be grately appreciated because as of right now i am getting blamed for it because i cleaned up their computer a bit by emptying the recycle bin, deleted cookies and temporary internet folders.
If this doesnt make sense or you need more information please let me know.
EDIT: Their operating system is Windows 98se
