For sale is a like-new genuine Canon BG-E1 Battery Grip for the Digital Rebel. This is an attachment to the bottom of the camera for the following enhancements:
1. Double battery capacity by having two batteries run the camera (approx 900 shots!)
2. When taking portraits, you can comfortably grip the camera vertically and have easy access to secondary shutter and exposures buttons
3. Excellent balance when longer, heavier zoom lenses are attached to the Digital Rebel
4. There is tripod mount on the bottom with nice rubber surround so that tripods won't mark or damage the grip or camera
Compatible with BP-511A, BP-511, or BP-512 batteries. No scratches or wear marks. No marks on tripod mount.
