There is no 2006 vehicle to be had for under 20 that looks as cool as an xB!

Yeah, I think importing one is the way to go, unless you want to finance through a dealer etc, then go local, but it looks to be a good 5 or 6000 mark up.
If everything goes through well, I'll be buying mine within the month, but I don't think American dealers are willing to do trade ins.

I'd buy the xB right away if I can find a buyer for my WRX.
Heninger wanted $27,000 and they had 2 in stock when I was there a couple months ago. I talked to 2 salespeople there and they were completely clueless about the car.
Anyone know if it's just the addition of daytime running lights that needs to be done once the car is here?

Are Xa's legal for import aswell
??
CRXguy, you have a COOL CAR, why would you want a SLOW FWD BOX LOOKING CRAP CAR?
Hash_man, all american cars are available for import as long as you check with transport canada if that specific vehicle is on any "lists" of undesireable/non allowable vehicles.

Yeah Heninger had a couple 2006s with 0km on them about a month ago and they were asking $28,400 for them. I'm guessing that they probably had some additional charges on top of that as well so I wouldn’t even consider getting one in Calgary.
Hash_man: I talked to transport Canada and the girl said that there was no mods that needed to be done to the xB I'm not sure if she just wanted to get me off the phone or what? But if you check out this list http://www.riv.ca/english/US_vehicle_admissibility.pdf it says that the only Scion you can’t import is the tC. So yea you can get the xA.
Raz: Some people just like the way the toaster looks, and slow the thing has 108hp factory............oh wait....um, nm.
