Beautiful condo in Forest Heights that has been completely renovated from new paint, carpet, lino, laminate, ect. This is a 5 bedroom, 1.5 bath with good size kitchen and large living room. Ample parking in front and behind condo. The great thing about this condo is that the condo payments are only $50 a month!!!!

Options currently are to assume the mortgage with cash down payment (more information will be given through pm's for serious inquiries only). Monthly payment is only $680 !!!!! excellent deal, you will not find rent this cheap anywhere in the city for this calibre of condo. Renovations will be done at the end of this week so I dont have pics yet as of this time but they will be available next week. Furthermore for serious inquiries, the condo is available for showings. If you cannot qualify for a mortgage, this is an excellent deal for you! You are garunteed to make money off of this property either to live or to rent out to others. At one time I did have this property rented out for $900. I am selling cause I am moving to a new house. Please pm me for more info.

There's nothing wrong with living in this area.

It just depends on your neighbours, like any district

Maybe your the neighbour nobody wants then?

I've lived in Dover/ Forest Lawn all my life and wouldn't live anywhere else.

PS. I have no idea who the seller is.

utilities are not included, there is a fair size lawn with a shed. if you want the place than you can keep pets if you wish, that is entirely up to you. I just went to check out the place tonight and it is 90% done and is ready for showings possibly on sunday of this week. I would show it earlier but i have to go out of town. the place looks AMAZING....if you are in the market for a house and are looking to assume a mortgage than you CANNOT afford not to look at this place. please pm me if you want more info.

How come you keep ignoring this question: "how much is your asking pirce?" and "what is its street address?"

i am curious about that info too.

He didn't say anything about the amount left owing or the interest rate. Maybe he has a steep penelty to escape his mortage contract so he is trying to convince somebody to assume it at a higher then market interest rate. Which is the cost of not being able to qualify for a mortage on your own.

Sorry guys i havent checked the site for a couple of days. well if someone is really interested then please pm me for I dont want to give out my personal financial information out to everyone to see, that goes for the address as well. As far as the mortgage goes, its a fixed 5 year mortgage @4.4% which is very good if you compare to todays rate.

Please if you are interested pm me and I can provide you with any information that you require, I have nothing to hide and I have all the information ready if someone is serious in veiwing the property. Trust me for someone who cannot qualify for a mortgage and\or has bad credit, assuming a mortgage is the only way to go. I did have this property rented out previously for
$935\month......think about it thats more than $10K a year that someone shelled out for rent where as they could have invested that cash back into themselves. Furthermore for peoples with bad credit, there is nothing better than getting a mortgage in order to improve your credit rating and trust me I know from experience.
