attn JEEP owners

Hey all, been a while since i posted here but i need some help.
I have a 1987 Jeep cherokee ( automatic) and right now its running like crap. Its burning some crazy oil and there some loud ass knocking coming from the engine..so im just asking if any of you can refer me to a mechanic who knows their jeep so that they could possibly tell me whats up or even better, fix it for me if possible. thanks in advance.

Sounds like youve spun a rod, might be good to start looking for another engine.
