The time has come to sell my car, so here it goes.

This is a 1982 BMW 733i 5Spd, semi rare model as not many 5spd's were produced. This car runs very strong, always starts, and is fun to drive. Definately a head turner, there are not many of these around.

***********************************

Some things about the car:
499,XXX Km's. yes, just short of 500,000. Don't let it fool you, this car has a lot of life still left in the engine. Has had regular oil changes, as well as has been serviced by a BMW mechanic for regular tune ups, and other engine work.

General:
* 190 Horsepower INLINE 6 (fast)
* 5Spd transmission (worth a lot of $$$ to the right buyer)
* RWD

The Good:
* paint is in very good condition for a 1982 "Graphite Metallic"
* Leather interior in very good condition as well. "burgandy"
* lots of rubber left
* Engine runs very strong
* clutch and transmission are strong.
* 2 New struts (chronic problem with older beamers, these struts will last a very long time)
* Newer plugs
* Newer calipers, and rotors (brakes)
* New distributor cap and rotor
* Euro gauges (rare item)
* Clear corners (not availible in Canada)
* PWindows, PMirrors, PSteering, PSunroof

The Bad:
* oil leak
* burns some oil (not bad for a 25 year old car)
* Sunroof frame needs to be replaced in order for sunroof to open fully
* some rust around wheel wells and ends of hood.
* drainage vent on rear windows is blocked.. some unexpected water in rear footwells sometimes (easy fix)
* Mircroswitch for cabin temperature is siezed.. thus cold/hot air is stuck on hot (easy fix)

Picture: (more availible upon request)

Thanks to Ben for the picture from Bimmerfest2005.
(actual rims are different, old style OEM)

I will also include extra parts that i have acquired, such as a pair of stock taillights, refurbished alternator, used Air Flow Meter.

this car would make an ideal daily driver with a few minor fixes or can be sold for much more in parts.

Price on this antique beauty is BEYOND PRICE: $1750. Going in the Bargain finder for $2000 FIRM this week

edited: to reflect larger oil leak and bosal exhaust not included

Nice car, I love bimmers.

Make sure to correct your listing, it isn't a V6.

bump back up for sale,

Reason for selling: too many cars, no time to fix her

Car is running good, new battery, needs a few small things

Substancial oil leak (needs new oil gasket) ~ $300, and power steering fluid leak (needs replacement of hoses) ~ $50

I say if you put in 500 dollars to fix those two things, this car will treat you very good for a very long time

WHEELS AS SHOWN IN FIRST PIC INCLUDED, EURO bumper ALSO included!

this is a nice looking car, and will definately get you compliments and stares wherever you go as it is extremely rare

edit: The oil leak was diagnosed to a messed up oil gasket. This should be a 100 dollar fix to make it perfect, or you can retrofit something yourself for much cheaper
