I am attending a Dinner Party on the weekend and need to bring taziki (sp??)

Its a dip that you serve with a kind of Pita Bread.

Any I like it but don't know how to make it.

Anyone know of a restaurant ion the SW/SE that can make me enough for about 12 people ??

PM or post up ASAP please.

You can buy it at any grocery store.

Buy it from OPA souvlaki, I'm sure they have enough to spare a few bottles. Or you can buy it from superstore. Budget for 100ml per person. Add an extra 100ml for every ten people.

Go to any Extreme Pita fast food store and ask them to sell you two or three, they have regular and small. Each pack has 5 pita breads in it.

I think two bags of small is about a $1.50 (if they don't jack up the price, that is).

^^ I just like the pita breads from Extreme Pita, they taste freash and the smell of it is just really good.

why dont u just make it?!?

all it is is greek yogurt (drained full fat yogurt - place yogurt in cheese cloth and weight it down over night; put a bucket underneath the strainer, cheese cloth w/ yogurt in it, place a can of soup on top and let it sit in the fridge overnight - ur left with a much thicker yogurt AKA greek yogurt)

so u have greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, grated cucumbers and maybe a little bit of crushed red chilie and cilantro for a twist!

dead easy, tates 1000000x's better and half the freakin price!!
