Mazda 6

what do you guys think about this car? reliability? performance?
im thinking of checking out the sport hb gt v6 and just wondering if its worth checking out...

A co-worker of mine just bought a V6 sport, not too bad. The engine puts out enough power to satisfy most regular drivers and the suspension is pretty good.

I think there are better cars on the market right now but not a bad showing compared to the older 626.

Its a nice car in my opinion. The MazdaSpeed 6 looks amazing.
The Mazda3 is a better deal in my opion. Especially with Ford "Stealing" the Mazda6 design for their new Tarus (forget the name)

I know 2 people with a Mazda6. One loves it (04 Mazda6 GT-GFX V6 auto) and the other hates it (04 Mazda6 GS-GFX 4Cyl Manual).
I think its a good overall for the money, but there is some good alternatives in the segment.

When I was in Vancouver this summer, I drove out with a friend and we took his 04 Mazda6 V6. It was great on the highway and comfortable in the city. For a stock car, it sure handled great! :D

Well I think it's a decent car for what you pay for. Performace is good, if not adequate. Handling is very good for the size of car in my opinion. Reliability wise I havent heard too much, I've read about paint problems but other than that nothing as of yet. That mazdaspeed 6 sure looks to be a killer car tho.

definately is a competing car in its class maybe not the best but thats for the buyer to decide......styling is the one that amtters cuz a lot of cars are comparable these days

Stock suspension handles amazing. They had transmission overheating problems but I think all the new units have pre-installed coolers now. Great midrange power but it really dies when you romp on it.

I think they are worth a look.

we have the mazda 6 and it is a sweet ass car! bust out the extra couple bucks for the leather interior as well... the car handles amazing and gets killer gas mileage on top of everything!:thumbsup:
