Any one able to buy Flames tickets today?

They were harder to buy IMO than playoff tickets. I bought tickets to all home games of the 1st round online no problem. Today I couldn't even buy tickets to the home opener, any game against Edmonton, Ottawa, Montreal, or Toronto. Luckily I bought tickets to 6 games, (Phoenix, Minne, Colorado, LA, Van, Detriot) but they are all nosebleeders except 1. Oh well better than nothing and Im pretty pumped to go.

Just bought tix to San Jose as well, that should be a good game. I have a feeling we are going to sell out every game this year. :D

They were mostly snapped up by the season ticket holders who have access to the tickets a day or two before they are released to the general public.

I got tix to Vancouver fine, Edmonton I couldn't get. Of course TO and Ottawa are big draws and sell out fast. They let every season tix holder in on a draw to allow them 2 extra seats to the home opener. If any one has extra tix to the home opener let me know. ;)

You'll likely have to search on the internet for those. I was absolutely determined to find tickets to the Leafs home opener, and finally found one.... an $85.00 ticket that I payed $330.00 for:thumbsup:

lol, there's no such thing as nosebleeds in a stadium that seats max 20 000 people, would much rather be lower down though.

Hopefully I'll get out to a game this year, either in calgary or edmonton.

Yeah no kidding, I'd say Nosebleeds only actually exist is soccer, baseball, and NFL football stadiums.

The only serious drawback of the Saddledomes nosebleeds is that you can't see the jumbotron, or the fire-shooters when the Flames score.

My idiot buddy is buying a house tonight so he can't make it. I don't want to go alone. $45 obo takes them, I think they are $24.50+S/C each (face value). Section 316, row 2 (very nice seats for the nosebleeds). Please call 998-7768 before 5:30PM if you can use them.
(These are for the Sept 21 game vs Chicago)
