Alright.. I'm looking at another mk2 Golf, and I need to make room physically and financially, so I'm putting my 1991 8v up for sale.
I've had this car for a little over a year now, since Aug 2004, and it has treated me awesome during this time, with no major maintenance at all. The only 2 things that have gone wrong in this year was a clutch cable snapping, and a CV joint going, both quite minor fixes. I took very good care of it while I had it, I'm a mk2 addict, and I can't stand to see my car in any kind of dirty shape, or not in perfect running condition.
I've babied it since I bought it, I VERY RARELY even let it above 4,000 rpm, the engine is not driven hard at all.

Tornado Red (obviously)
201,xxx Kilometers, 90% of which are highway
Single rounds conversion, H4 lights, badgeless FK grille
This car's body is perfectly straight all around. The largest spot of rust is on the hatch, and it is maybe 4mm in diameter, it is a circle. There is no rus on the car besides 3 spots on the hatch.. Again, the biggest problem still being quite minor.
This 8v us EXTREMELY smooth, and a joy to drive. A few friends who are dub addicts LOVE how it feels.. it's a great car to use as a daily driver, smooth and reliable. Everyone knows 8v's are bullet-proof, and this car is a prime example.

Be aware: The car does not come with the wheels, tails, or stereo, unless by specific request from the buyer, maybe we can work out a deal.
It will come on stock steelies with BRAND NEW unused tires, and bottlecap hubcaps.
I am looking for somewhere in the vicinity of $3000.. but I am very open to offers.
